Removing Pop-ups

An existing pop-up message will be removed if

the user clicks on a button within the message box

the user clicks anywhere on the page (for messages that do not contain buttons)

In addition, if the global variable jPopUpRemoveDistant is set to 1, the pop-up message will be removed when the user has moved the mouse pointer far enough. (Again, this will work only for messages that do not contain buttons.)

You can also remove any existing pop-up message programmatically, by calling the jPopUpRemove function.
