GRANT OF LICENSE

The Copyright Holder grants to you the following non-exclusive 
non-transferable license to use the Software on your website(s).

Hereby you are licensed to
- install the Software on your local computer and/or website,
  subject to the trial period terms below.
- customize the Software as described in the Documentation.

During the trial period of 21 (twenty-one) days you may
use the Software free of charge. If you wish to continue using 
the Software on your website(s) after the trial period,
you must pay a one-time license fee to the Copyright Holder.
Upon the payment of the license fee, you are entitled to
30 days of free technical support by email, in English.

You are not allowed to make any modifications of the Software
except as described in the Documentation. You are not allowed
to make derivative works based on the Software.

Depending on the license fee you've paid, the scope of your 
license is the following:

$19.99   1 user, up to 3 websites (domains)
$29.99   1 or 2 users, up to 5 websites
$39.99   Up to 3 users, up to 10 websites 
$49.99   Up to 4 users, up to 12 websites 
$59.99   Up to 5 users, up to 15 websites 


COPYRIGHT 

Title to the Software and Documentation shall remain with 
the Copyright Holder. The Software and Documentation are 
copyrighted and protected by law and international treaty 
provisions. You shall not remove any copyright notices from 
the Software or Documentation. 


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING 
OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
